Escrow Service

Our Escrow service is one of the safest escrow services available, for both buyers and sellers.

How it works

1- Buyer visits the listing and clicks the Escrow button.
2- Buyer fills Escrow details, like listing URL, name, email, etc.
3- We contact the seller and tell him to transfer the domain to our Escrow account.
4- After the transfer is completed, we send the buyer the payment details.
5-After we confirm the buyer´s payment, we transfer the domain to the seller account.

NOTE: If the buyer´s payment is not confirmed within 15 days after the seller transfers the domain to our Escrow account , the domain will be transferred again to the buyer ´s account.

Escrow fees

We practice the lowest escrow fees online. We only charge 3.5% of sales price (minimum $5).
Escrow fees are always paid by the buyer, after requesting Escrow and seller agrees to use it.
This fees are 100% refundable if the domain is not pushed to our Escrow account in within 15 days.
